Methods and Suggestions on Improvement of Urban Power Supply Reliability

城市供电可靠性是反映供电企业服务质量的重要指标。通过对现行可靠性管理办法中相关公式和南方实际情况的分析,介绍了供电企业在城市配电网运行管理中涉及可靠性指标的工作经验及方法,讨论了在综合停电管理指导下减少停电时户数的措施。以南宁供电局某供电分局2010及2011年可靠性指标为例,介绍了配电网运行过程中常见的问题及解决办法,为更好的管理城市配电网提供参考。

Urban power supply reliability is an important index to reflect the service quality of power supply bureau. By analyzing rules in present reliability management measures and practice in Southern area, experiences and methods involved in reliability index in the urban distribution network management are introduced, and measures to reduce interruption time and number under the guide of integrated outage management is discussed. The reliability index of a certain sub-bureau of Nanning power supply bureau in 2010 and 2011 is taken as example to introduce common problems and solving methods in the operation of distribution network, which can provide references for better management of urban distribution network.
