Reason Analysis and Suggestions on Inner Fault of Current Transformer in Substation

500 kV百色变电站因5022 B相电流互感器故障造成500 kVⅡ母2套母线差动保护动作,通过现场分析诊断,并对该电流互感器进行了解体检查,得出这次事故的原因是该电流互感器的绝缘支撑件内部存在缺陷,在长期运行后导致贯穿性放电。提出相应的预防措施,确保及早发现设备隐患并采取措施。

The fault of 5022 B phase current transformer caused the misoperation of 2 sets of bus differential protections of 500 kV II bus in 500 kV Baise Substation. According to the field analysis ＆ diagnosis, and the disassembling inspection of current transformer, it is found that the inner defect of the support insulator of the current transformer,which caused the throughout discharge after long period operation, is the reason of the accident. Preventive measures are proposed to find potential troubles and take measures in advance.
