本文通过介绍我国当前毕业生就业门路狭隘的现状,分析造成此现象的原因,并结合国外拓宽高校毕业生就业门路的经验,从而提出拓宽我国高校毕业生就业门路的具体对策:具体包含了社会资源的整合、职业指导的专业化、学生主体观念的转变等。

According to analyze the recent situation of employment for graduates and its reasons for that,this paper put forward the strategy of employment based on the experiment of employment： that is social resources,profession of career guide and change of attitude for career.
