高职院校实用英语教学正面临改革的关键时期,本文以一位一线英语教师的视觉,从学生基础、班级人数、教学设备等方面剖析英语教学现状;从教师培养、教学模式、成绩考评方式等方面探讨英语教学改革的方向,为当前高职院校的英语教学改革尽一份绵薄之力。

At present,the practical English teaching is in a critical time in technical vocational college.From a frontline English teacher＇s viewpoint,this paper is trying to analyze the actual statement of the practical English teaching from all the aspects such as the basic knowledge of students,the number of class and the equipment of teaching etc;and is trying to explore the direction of the reform in education from the cultivation of teacher,the model of teaching and the test evaluation methods of achievements in the hope of enhancing the college English teaching.
