摘要
在长期冶炼硅锰合金实践的基础上 ,探讨了SiO2 还原过程的热力学行为 ;并提出了影响SiO2 还原的主要因素有 :炉渣碱度、炉温等。指出提高炉温、选择合适的炉渣碱度、减少石英基SiO2 的加入比例 ,可以促进其还原。
On the basis of the long practice of smelting the alloy of silicon and manganese the thermodynamics behavior in the process of the reduction of silicon dioxide is probed into. The main factors are put forward, what influence on its reduction are furnace temperature, the content of alkali in slag.Increasing the furnace temperature, selecting appropriate content of alkali in slag can promote its reduction.
