摘要
测定了不同环境条件下型煤冷却曲线,发现现有型煤冷却工艺不能满足生产要求。采用强制冷却风速大于1.0m/s时 ,可以满足生产工艺要求。通过对型煤冷却传热过程的分析 ,提出了相应的型煤冷却模型。
It was found that cooling process of coal ball was not satisfied with the requirement of production in determining the cooling curve of coal ball at different conditions. When wind speed of cooling was more than 1.0 m/s it could be satisfied. The cooling modeling of coal ball was presented by analysis of heat transfer of cooling process.
