摘要
自我效能感理论将人的需要、认知、情感结合起来研究人的动机,是教育界的一个重要理论。结合中职学生自我效能感的状况,提出在中职学校进行职业生涯教育时,可通过以下五个方法和步骤:即恰当的目标设置、正确的自我感知、积极的归因、灵活的教学方法、多元化的评价方式,促使中职学生形成较高的自我效能感,并使中职学校的职业生涯教育高质量、高效率地开展,使学生职业生涯和个性心理获得健康持续的发展。
The Self-efficiency Theory is regarded as an important theory in educational circles,which put the need,cognition and emotion together to study the motivation of human beings.By combining secondary occupational school’s situation,the thesis puts forward five methods and procedures which can be used for career education in secondary occupational schools,that is proper goal setting,correct self perception,positive attribution,flexible teaching methods and diverse evaluation,so that it can prompt the students in secondary occupational schools to form higher self efficiency,make the career education in secondary occupational schools carry out effectively,and let career and individual mind of students develop healthily and continuously.
