By discussing current situation of teachers＇ psychological capital in the vocational schools,we put forward the effective method to cultivate and strengthen vocational schools teachers＇ psychological capital.By studying teachers＇ psychological capital,we tap deeply the latent work power and bring young teachers＇full enthusiasm into play,then help vocational schools improve the quality of teaching,help teachers in vocational schools improve the ability of scientific research and promote psychological capital,and help vocational schools raise competition superiority in the society.
