摘要
通过对高职院校图书馆知识服务存在问题的分析,论述了数字信息时代高职院校图书馆知识服务应具备的特征,提出了发展数字信息时代高职院校图书馆知识服务措施来提升师生满意度。
By analyzing the Knowledge Service problems of vocational college,the paper discusses the characteristics that the Knowledge Service should have in the digital Information Age,and suggests the corresponding measures of developing knowledge services to improve teacher-student satisfaction.
