高校教工体检档案管理探讨——以武汉工业学院为例

On University Faculty Medical Records Management with Wuhan Polytechnic University as a Case Study

针对高校教工体检档案管理存在的诸多问题,分析造成影响的各类因素,提出了促进体检档案管理规范化、科学化的几点建议,以期更好地为广大教工的健康需求服务。

This paper tries to analyze the various factors behind the problems in university faculty medical records management and proposes several suggestions for the standardization of the medical records management so as to better the services for the need of the vast number of the faculty.
