高技能人才需求规格与高职院校人才培养模式改革

The Requirement Standard of Highly-Skilled Talents and The Talents Training Format of Vocational Schools

通过对企业的调查,归纳了企业对高技能人才的使用与评价,细致分析了企业对高技能人才的需求规格与能力素质要求。基于企业对高技能人才的需求规格,高职院校要进一步明确其人才培养定位,改革高职院校人才培养模式。

This paper is focused on summarizing how enterprises use and comment on highly-skilled talents through investigations on enterprises,and analyzing deeply the enterprises’requirement standard on highlyskilled talents as well as their requirements on the talents’abilities.On the basis of enterprises’requirement on the standard of highly-skilled talents,vocational colleges should be further clear about the direction of talents training to make more reform on the talents training format of vocational colleges.
