摘要 校企合作进行人才培养是高职教育的特色,是推动社会经济发展的需要,是高职院校生存的内在需要,是企业长足进步的需要。文章结合苏州大学阳澄湖校区动漫设计与制作专业实施的"五三一"制的人才培养模式,即五个合作,三个共建,一个互赢,为培养高技能、应用型、创新型人才做了有益的探索。 Higher Vocational Education is featured by training talents through School-Enterprise Cooperation,which is essential not only for social and economic development,and higher vocational college survival,but also for enterprise further advancement.In this thesis,the author,taking cartoon design and manufacture specialty of Yangcheng Lake campus of Suzhou University as an example,demonstrates the "five-three-one" personnel training mode-five cooperations,three joint constructions and one win-win,which is a great contribution to the cause of training high-skill,utility-type and innovative personnel.
