随着中国经济的飞速发展,对于已成为第二大经济体的中国而言需要大量高素质技能型人才,如何培养高素质技能型人才是中国经济能否得到有效支撑的关键。文章从就业、社会需求、校企结合、专兼职教师队伍建设、双证书制度几个方面对培养高素质技能型人才进行了论述。

China,with the rapid development of its economy,has become the second largest economy in the world.The key to effectively support the economy is a large number of high quality skilled talents.This paper discuss the cultivation of high quality skilled talents from the aspects of employment,social demand,combination between school and enterprise,construction of a team of professional and part-time teachers,double certification system,etc.
