Study on Culture Construction of the Farmer Professional Cooperative Organization

合作社文化影响合作社经济行为,是合作社理论和实践的核心问题之一。分析了农业与文化的关系,阐述了合作社文化的内涵,并认为合作思想是一种文化现象。目前,文化缺失制约了合作社的进一步发展,从传统文化、政府行为、合作社自身行为和社员素质等方面探讨了合作社文化缺失的原因。在此基础上,提出通过将"中庸思想"融入到合作社文化之中、政府应"有所为有所不为"、合作社要重视文化建设、提高农民素质等途径构建合作社文化。

The influences of cooperative culture upon cooperative economic behavior is one of the key issues of coop erative theories and practices. This paper analyzes the relation between agriculture and culture, explains the conno tation of cooperatives culture, thus declares that spirit culture element has based on traditional fives. Based on the restricted the further developmen of cooperation is cultural t of cooperative clture, culture, the government behavior, cooperative behaviour phenomenon. Currently, the lack of thus this paper discusses its reason and membership quality of coopera analysis, it puts forward some suggestions. To combine ＂the doctrine of the mean thought＂ into the cooperative culture, the government should let go a certain part of administration power and leave them to the cooperative culture itself, the cooperative should pay high attention to cultural construction and improving the quality of the farmers.
