使用 SL C— 5 0 0系列可编程序控制器 ,改造进口设备 12 5 0 t液压冷剪机 ,提高了设备的开动率 ,解决了备品、备件国产化的问题。改进后的液压冷剪机设备 ,不但故障时间大大减少 ,而且电气控制系统的各项指标 ,均达到或超过了改造前的各项指标。

By using SLC-500 series programmable controller, an imported equipment of 1250t hydraulic cold shears was improved, thus the use rate of the equipment is increased, and the spare parts can be made in domestic. For the improved shears, the failure time is reduced greatly, and each index of its electric control system is equal to or better than that before improving.
