摘要 目的研究丹红注射液对沙土鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的作用。方法采用沙土鼠局灶性脑缺血模型为实验对象,以其神经行为评分、梗塞区重量、梗塞率和梗塞边缘区病理学检查为指标,评价其抗脑缺血作用。结果丹红注射液(12,6 mg/kg,静脉注射),能明显改善模型沙土鼠的行为障碍;降低模型鼠大脑梗塞面积和梗塞率,抑制神经元变性坏死和神经细胞水肿等病理组织学的改变。结论丹红注射液对沙土鼠局灶性脑缺血模型有明显的改善作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Danhong Injection on focal cerebral ischemia in gerbils. Methods The model of the focal cerebral ischemia in gerbils was established by ligating carotid artery. Neurological function evaluation, weight and rate of cerebral infarction and histopathological examination were determined. Results Danhong Injection (12 or 6 mg/kg, i.v.) could remarkably ameliorate behavior disorders in gerbils with cerebral ischemia, decrease the weight and rate of cerebral infarction and relieve pathological changes of ischemic brain tissue such as the inhibition of neuronal degeneration and nerve cell edema. Conclusion Danhong Injection has the remarkable protective function on damage caused by cerebral ischemia in gerbils.
