摘要
目的确定黑升麻苷的最佳提取工艺。方法正交试验设计优选条件,HPLC法测定黑升麻提取液中黑升麻苷含量。结果优选工艺为黑升麻药材加10倍量60%乙醇回流提取,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论优化选择的提取工艺较稳定,重现性好,可为生产实践提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of black cohosh. Methods Orthogonal tests were design for optimum conditions, with HPLC method for the determination of black cohosh glycoside in black cohosh extract. Results Optimum process was black cohosh herbal add 10 volume of 60 % ethanol, refluxing extraction for 3 times, each 1.5 h. Conclusion Optimized process is stable and reproducible, providing theoretical basis for production practice.
