摘要
米糠多糖是从稻糠中提取的一种活性多糖,具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫、降脂、降血糖等活性。本文综述了米糠多糖的提取纯化工艺,米糠多糖研究中存在的问题,以及米糠多糖的发展前景。
Rice bran polysaccharide is an active polysaccharide from rice bran. It has antitumor, enhancing immune function, lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic activities. The extraction and purification process of rice bran polysaccharide is reviewed in this paper, the existing problems in the study are analyzed, and the development of rice bran polysaccharide is also prospected.
