摘要
对汽车超载的现状进行了分析,通过分析,现有的超载检测设备很难从源头上解决超载问题。介绍了一种汽车超载智能控制器,可随车实现车辆的动态称重,当车辆超载时,控制车辆拒起动;当车辆超限时,执行跛腿功能,使得车辆被迫驶离该路段或卸载。文章对控制系统的组成及控制原理进行了详细的介绍。
It's difficult for the overload detection equipment to solve the overload problem, based on the analysis of the present situation of the automobile overload. A car overload intelligent controller which can weigh the dynamic weight is described. It can make the vehicle not able to be started when the vehicle overloads. It can make the vehicle not able to play full performance when the vehicle is oversized or overweighed. The composition of the vehicle weigh-in-motion and control theory is introduced in details.
