摘要
车架为车手提供保护,同时还是赛车最主要的承载结构,车架应有足够的强度和刚度。应用ANSYS软件对赛车车架进行有限元分析,首先在ANSYS软件中建立车架的有限元模型,然后用ANSYS软件对车架模型进行了不同工况下的强度分析和扭转刚度分析。结果表明,车架强度可满足要求,而扭转刚度不足。据此,提出提高车架扭转刚度的措施。最后对车架进行模态分析,证明其不会与路面激励或赛车其他部件发生共振。
Car frame, which is the main bearing structure of racing car, providing the driver with protection, should have sufficient strength and stiffness. Finite element analysis on car frame was done by ANSYS software. Firstly, finite element model of car frame was constructed by ANSYS software; then strength analysis under different working conditions and torsion stiffness analysis were made for car frame by ANSYS. The analysis results showed that the strength of car frame was satisfactory, but the torsion stiffness was not. Accordingly, method to improve torsion stiffness was proposed. Finally, modal analysis was used on the car frame to prove resonance would not occur between the frame and pavement incentive or other component of racing car.
