摘要
高校思想政治教育的实效性问题,不仅要从体制、环境等传统领域寻求突破,更要结合新生的理论领域获得更多新的启示。文章利用积极心理学推崇积极人格体验和个人特质等积极理念对教学内容、观念、方法和学生自身进行新的探究,最终激发教与学双方的最大潜能,改善课堂教学并解决问题。
The effectiveness of the ideological and political education in college should not only seek a breakthrough from the institutional, environmental and other traditional areas,but also achieve more revelation by combining some new born theory. The article applies the positive psychology, which advocates the personality experience and personal qualifies, to explore new teaching content, concepts, methods, and students, and ultimately to inspire the greatest potentiality of both teaching and learning in order to improve classroom teaching and solve problems.
