Ma Junwu takes German university of technology model as a template, through contact and communication on the ideas of Ger- man science and culture, and formed its own school of thought and a positive school practice. He believes that universities should cultivate：cul- tivate a group of llfe science research,hard work,skills,training,combat skills of the personnel.He advocated the Colleges for the construction of the local community, the school schedule of outstanding practicality, to purchase equipment in order to cultivate the ability, to set up work- shops,tree farms and laboratories in order to strengthen the technical operations,focusing on scientific research and promote the use of technolo- gy.
