在电动式AMT控制系统中,选换档空位值的精确与否是影响变速箱换档动作质量的关键点.该文介绍了本系统中选换档的执行机构和驱动单元,提出了一种自动检测选换档空位的设计方法,可以方便地查找出当前选换档空位值,并在台架上证明了其可行性.

Whether the values of Gear-select and Gear-shift Center Location are precise or not is critical to influent quality of Gear-select and Gear-shift action. The actuator of Gear-select and Gear-shift and drive units of control system is introduced. And automatic detect method of gear-select and gear--shift center loca- tion is carried out. According to test-bed trial this method is practical and convenient to detect the values of Gear-select and Gear-shift Center Location.
