摘要
大面积烧伤皮肤屏障功能丧失是造成烧伤后休克、感染、多器官功能障碍综合症(Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome,MODS)、创面愈合不良、瘢痕形成的根本原因,尽早覆盖创面对于减少并发症、降低死亡率具有重要意义。
