要重视难愈性创面的基础与临床研究 被引量：7

摘要 外伤或疾病可以形成皮肤创面,经过积极的治疗大部分创面得到了愈合。部分患者的创面不能预期愈合,或者经久不愈,成为了外科治疗的难点。难愈性创面目前尚无明确定义,一般认为创面不能通过正常愈合进程达到解剖和功能上的完整,呈现一种病理性炎症反应状态,表现为创面延迟愈合[1-2]。造成难愈性创面的原因比较复杂,难愈性创面的形成是一个综合因素的结果,包括外环境、全身、局部、
