近三十年县域内义务教育均衡发展研究述评

The Review on The Balanced Development of the Country Compulsory Education in the Last 30 Years

县城内义务教育均衡发展是义务教育均衡发展的重中之重。近三十年来国内外学者就县城内义务教育发展问题展开了研究，学者们提出要各级政府和学校要做好各自职责，落实地方政府的教育责任，完善财政经费的教育投入，优化教师资源配置。提升教育信息化水平，取得了很多有价值的研究，为我们后来学者的研究留下广阔的思路。

the balanced development of the country compulsory education should be a priority for all during the real- ization of balanced development of compulsory education. Both domestic and overseas scholars have done much re- search on the development of country compulsory education in the Last 30 Years. Therefore, all levels of govern- ments and schools should have clear and separate roles to implement the education accountability of the local gov- ernment, improve the education investment of the financial costs, optimize teachers resources configuration, promote the level of educational informationization. Their valuable research results have provided a wilder range of idea on this problem for the later researchers.
