复方丹参输卵管灌注液对新西兰兔输卵管黏膜影响的评价实验

Test of evaluating the impact of compound danshen tubal perfusate on tunica mucosa tubae uterinae in rabbits

目的考察复方丹参输卵管灌注液(CDTP)对新西兰兔输卵管黏膜的影响。方法对性成熟新西兰兔手术剖腹,向输卵管内注射复方丹参灌注液,24h后作病理切片检查影响程度,以生理盐水作空白对照,并以不经手术的新西兰兔为阴性对照。结果 CDTP对输卵管黏膜有一定的影响,使黏膜上皮细胞不同程度地脱落,并伴有散在的中性粒细胞。空白对照和阴性对照显示输卵管黏膜均正常完整。结论 CDTP对新西兰兔输卵管黏膜具有一定的影响。该考察CDTP对新西兰兔输卵管黏膜的影响操作方法可行、可靠,亦间接反映了CDTP对输卵管炎性阻塞的祛腐作用,为输卵管阻塞后再通提供了实验室依据。

Objective To study the irritation of compound danshen tubal perfusion （CDTP） on tunica mucosa tubae uterinae in rabbits. Methods Fallopian tubes of mature New Zealand rabbits were given CDTP by surgery, and the Irritation was examined by pathological section after 24h. Meanwhile,0.9% sodium chloride solution was served as blank control and the rabbits without surgery were chosen as negative control group. Results The test showed that CDTP could influence the function of tunica mucosa tubae uterinae in rabbits to a certain extent. Epithelial cell fell off in different degrees in test group,and with scattered neutrophils. The tunica mucosa tubae uterinae was normal in blank group and control group. Conclusion The test showed that CDTP could influence the function of tunica mucosa tubae uterinae in New Zealand rabbits to a certain extent. The testing method is practicable and reliable, which can reflect the effect of taking away the rotten parts in obstructed fallopian tubes by CDTP, and provide the lab basis for the recanalization of obstructed fallopian tubes.
