肱骨髁上骨折专病循证护理路径绩效评价

Performance evaluation of special disease evidence-based nursing pathway of supracondylar fracture of humerus

目的探讨实施肱骨髁上骨折专病循证护理路径(SDEBNP)的绩效。方法应用随机排列表法将200例肱骨髁上骨折手术患者分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组按护理常规实施围手术期护理;观察组运用循证方法制定肱骨髁上骨折SDEBNP,并按照实施围手术期护理。比较2组护理工作效率、工作质量、服务质量、经济效益及护士能力成长等指标的差异。结果观察组护理投诉率为7.00%,低于对照组的12.00%,且各评价指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肱骨髁上骨折SDEBNP的制定是多种先进护理理念和模式的体现和有机结合,可显著提高护理服务的绩效。

Objective To Investigate the performance of special disease evidence-based nursing pathway（SDEBNP） on supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods 200 cases of patients with supracondylar fracture of humerus were randomly divided into observation group and group control group by list of random row. The control group was implemented perioperative nursing according to nursing routine. We designed SDEBNP by using evidence-based approach and gave perioperative nursing to the observation group by SDEBNP. The differences of nursing efficiency, quality of working, quality of service, quality of nursing,economic benefits and the ability of nurses between 2 groups were compared. Results The complaint rate of observa- tion group was 7.00% ,which was lower than 12.00% of the control group;and other indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The development of SDEBNP of supracondylar fracture of humerus is the embodiment and organic combination of multiple advanced nursing con- cepts and nursing models, which can improve the performance of nursing services markedly.
