支架辅助微弹簧圈栓塞颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤1例

摘要 患者,女,61岁,以“突发剧烈头痛伴意识障碍5.5h”入院。经头颅CT或腰穿证实为蛛网膜下腔出血,Hunt-HessII级。入院后行CTA显示为左侧颈内动脉眼动脉段宽颈小动脉瘤,并且经DSA证实。动脉瘤形状为囊性,直径为2.8mm,瘤体:瘤颈〈1.5mm。在气管插管全麻下实施手术,采用Seldinger技术穿刺左侧股动脉并置入6F导管鞘,并通过6F导管鞘将6F指引导管置于左侧颈内动脉C2/岩骨段。
