The ethical conflict, between medical social work and palliation care tor cancer patients, refered to the conflict between self-determination and social control, the conflict between confidentiality rule and privacy values and the conflict between palliative care and the informed consent right. This article analyses the conflicts and promotes the appropriate contermeasures.
