摘要
《法律逻辑学》是医事法律专业(方向)必修课,但由于其抽象、难学,教学效果不理想,学生作为复合型人才,是社会急需人才,但用人单位往往反馈其法律逻辑思维意识不强,基本科学素质差,难以适应社会的激烈竞争。因此,为提高学生逻辑思维技能,加强其实战水平,我们应在强化逻辑学课程思维训练效果的同时,综合运用案例教学、情景教学、模拟面试、开展辩论赛等多种教学手段进行授课,从而将教学过程由被动学习记忆转化为主动运用。
Legal Logic is the major course of the medical law profession, but because of its abstract and diffi culty, teaching effectiveness is not good enough. The medical legal students, who are urgently needed as com pound talents, are lack of legal logical thinking and basic scientific literacy in competitive society.
