摘要
目的探讨案例式教学法在非预防医学专业医学统计学教学中的效果。方法随机抽取2008级本科非预防医学专业中两个班为研究对象,实验班采用案例式教学,对照班采用传统式教学,以期末考试成绩和问卷调查结果来评价教学效果。结果实验结果显示,两班考试成绩分值分布和平均分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但案例式教学法激发了学生学习兴趣,培养了学生分析问题解决问题的能力。结论案例式教学学生同样能掌握医学统计学的基本知识,而且对提高学生的综合素质有积极作用,还有利于教师业务水平的提高,是一种较好的教学方法,值得推广应用。
Objective : To discuss the effect of case-teaching methods in non-prevent medicine. Method: To select two classes by random as subject investigated from non-prevent medicine, undergraduate students of 2008, adopting case-teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively, at last evaluating its teaching effect by end-of-term examination and the questionnaire. Result: The results showed that both methods had no statistics meaning (P 〉 0.05). However, the effect of caseteaching method stimulates the students' study interest and cul tivates the students ability to analyze and solve problems. Conclusion: The students, used case-teaching method, not only can master the basic knowledge of Medical Science Statistics, but also can improve students' comprehensive quality. At the same time this method is good for enhancing teachers' professional skills, which is worthy to be oo^ularized and applied.
