舞蹈应该是群众性的,群众性的舞蹈开展受教育的制约,所以教育应该先行。群众性舞蹈教育有助于促进身心健康,建设精神家园;丰富群众生活,感受幸福人生;改善社会环境,建设和谐家园;提升民族形象,增强民族自豪感。群众性舞蹈教育应该成为一种文化或潮流,成为一个门类或学科,并且专业人员和非专业人员都来参与其中,努力推动其发展。

Dance should be for the mass, the mass dancing development is restricted by education, so educa tion should be developed at first. Mass dancing education can promote physical and mental health, the construct the spiritual life, enrich life of the masses and make them feel happiness in life; dancing education can also improve the social environment, construct the harmonious society and promote national image and enhance the sense of na tional pride. Mass dancing education should become a kind of culture or trend, a category or subject and all the people should participate in order to promote its development.
