Autonomous Learning of College English Based on the Network Environment

近年来,社会发展对英语人才提出更高要求,培养大学生自主学习成为高校教学改革重要目标,自主学习理论的研究日益受到更多研究者的重视。本文从自主学习的内涵入手,对网络环境下的大学英语自主学习进行重新定位、探讨培养大学生自主学习的必要性及在当前教育环境下如何培养学生通过网络自主学习英语的能力。

In recent years, social development puts forward hisher requirements on the Engtish employees. It becomes an important goal for colleges to cultivate students＇ ability of autonomous learning. Therefore, much atten tion is paid to the study on autonomous learning. Starting from the connotation of autonomous learning, the author redefines the autonomous English learning based on the network environment, discusses the necessity of autonomous learning for the college students, and particularly, discusses how to cultivate students＇ ability of autonomous English learning through network.
