摘要
给出了一种结构简单的低功耗振荡器电路的设计方法,该电路由RC充放电回路、偏置电路组成。与传统振荡器电路相比,该电路具有精度高、电路结构简单以及输出占空比可调等优点。采用0.35μmBCD工艺并利用Cadence Spectre仿真工具对电路进行仿真,结果表明,在5V工作电压下,电路起振速度快,输出波形稳定,平均功耗仅0.29mW。
A low power oscillator circuit with simple structure is presented in this paper,which is made up of RC charge and discharge circuit and Bias circuit.Compared with traditional oscillator circuit,this low power oscillator circuit has the advantages of high-accuracy,simple circuit structure and adjustable duty cycle.The circuit is simulated with Cadence Spectre by using of 0.35μm BCD technology.The simulation results show that this circuit has high start-up speed and stable output waveform under 5V supply,and the average power dissipation is only 0.29mW.
