招商引资是推动区域经济快速发展的重要手段和有效途径。文章以2012年上半年山西省招商引资签约项目资金到位情况为重点进行了专门分析。
Investment attraction is an important means and effective route for driving rapid economic and social development of a region. The paper makes analysis focusing on capital availability of the contracted investment attraction projects of Shanxi in the first half of 2012.
