摘要
针对开裂和未开裂T91+12Cr1MoVG异种钢接头进行了化学成分、力学性能、显微硬度、金相等内容的试验检查,发现了开裂起源于管接头12Cr1MoVG低合金侧熔合线粗晶区,发生于再次加热过程中属于再热裂纹,这与焊接或热处理工艺执行不到位导致焊接残余应力较大,且T91+12Cr1MoVG异种钢焊缝硬度偏高和冷裂纹与最初焊接过程中焊接工艺规范或执行中线能量过大、焊前不预热或预热温度过低及焊后热处理时机密切相关。
According to cracking and non-cracking T91+12Cr1MoVG dissimilar steel joints, chemical analysis, mechanical property, micro-hardness and metallography tests were carried out.The results showed that cracking originated from coarse grained region of fusion line, located at 12Cr1MoVG low alloy of tube joint .It belongs to reheat cracking because it formed during the process of reheating. This phenomenon causes from many factors. The higher welding residual stress, which due to insufficient welding and heat treatment technology, the higher T91+12Cr1MoVG dissimilar steel weld hardness, no preheating or lower preheating temperature and the time of heat treatment after welding all influence the results. The bigger line energy of welding process specification,during initial welding process or execution process , is also an important factor.
