资源和能力提高了企业在制定和完成战略任务时所需要的基础[1]。但并不是所有的资源和能力都能够成为战略性资源和能力,企业拥有某种独占的稀缺资源或独有的资源整合能力时形成的竞争能力,才能演绎在企业战略中的地位和角色作用。
Resources and abilities form the basis necessary for an enterprise to fulfill its strategic mission[1]. However, not all resources and abilities are strategic ones. It is only the competing forces formed by incorporating some rare resources, or exclusively owned resources that decides the position and function in enterprise strategy.
