摘要
目的了解丽水市护士工作满意度现状,为更好地管理护理队伍提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、工作满意度指数量表对丽水市8家综合性医院的1 118名在岗护士进行调查。结果 1 118名护士工作满意度较低,工作满意度指数量表总分平均(133.61±6.12)分,维度评分平均(2.90±0.80)分。结论丽水市护士工作满意度较低,管理者应改进管理措施,提高护士工作满意度,确保护理质量。
Objective To study the present situation on job satisfaction for nurses from Lishui and provide evidence for better management on nursing team.Method Investigate 1118 nurses from 8 general hospitals of Lishui by General Information Questionnaire and Index of work satisfaction(IWS).Result Job satisfaction for 1118 nurses is low.The average of total IWS score is(133.61±6.12).The average score of all dimensions is(2.90±0.80).Conclusion Job satisfaction for nurses from Lishui is low.Managers should improve management measures,improve nurses' job satisfaction and ensure nursing quality.
