摘要 创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)严重危害人类的生活和健康,在众多创伤性疾病中最易引起患者残疾和死亡。如何客观、快速、准确、早期对TBI做出诊断和严重程度分级,对TBI的临床治疗和预后起着重要作用。颅脑损伤标志物在损伤早期就可出现在血清和脑脊液中,其敏感性和特异性往往比影像学检查更具优势。现就常见的TBI标志物研究现状和实际应用情况予以综述。 Traumatic brain injury(TBI)causes great damage to people′s life and health,and it could most likely lead to disability and death in many traumatic diseases.How to make a quick,accurate and objective diagnosis in the early stage is quite important for the clinical treatment and prognosis.Biomedical markers of TBI appear early in the serum and cerebro-spinal fluid with a higher sensitivity and specificity than image examination.Here is to make a brief review on the commonly seen TBI markers based on the current studies and applications.
