摘要 近年来研究发现,内皮细胞功能紊乱是心脑血管疾病和糖尿病血管病变发病共同的始动环节之一。内皮细胞参与体内多种重要的平衡调节及细胞功能调控,既作为各种外界刺激和体液介质的靶细胞,本身又具有非常活跃的代谢功能,通过分泌多种活性物质维持血管的舒缩状态,调节器官血流的同时对血液凝固、白细胞活性及血小板聚集在脏器的缺血、炎症、免疫等反应过程中具有重要作用。机体内皮细胞及其功能受多种因素的影响,当这种影响达到一定程度时可导致相关疾病的发生和发展,因而通过对其影响因素的认识,有助于为这些疾病的治疗提供早期的干预及明确的治疗靶点。 In the recent studies it is discovered that dysfunction of vascular endothelial cells is one of the factors leading to the cardiovascular disease and diabetic vascular lesion. The vascular endothelial ceils play a vital role in maintaining and regulating the function of cells in body, not only as target cells induced by variety environments and mediums, hut also with the active metabolism which can maintain the state of vessels systolic and diastolic function by secreting all kinds of active substance, regulating the blooding in organs meanwhile playing an important role in the process of blood clotting,whites activity, platelet aggregation,ischemia, inflammation,immune and so on. There are many factors influencing the vascular endothelial cell and its function ,which can lead to diseases or even deterioration. Here is to make a review on these factors in order to take measures for early intervention and identify the treatment target.
