自噬的调控及其对肿瘤的作用

摘要 自噬是广泛存在于真核细胞内的一种溶酶体依赖性降解途径,是细胞维持稳态的一种机制,在促进细胞生存方面发挥重要作用,其广泛参与细胞的生理和病理过程。根据信号调控自噬主要分为依赖mTOR的自噬和不依赖mTOR的自噬。自噬活性的改变存在于多种人类肿瘤中,自噬在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中起到了促进和抑制的双重作用。随着对自噬研究的深入,有望通过调节自噬达到预防和治疗肿瘤的目的。 Autophagy is lysosomal-dependent degradation widely existing in eukaryotic cells,which is a mechanism to maintain homeostasis and plays an important role in promoting cell survival.Autophagy is widely involved in cell physiological and pathological processes.Signal-dependent regulated autophagy is divided into the mTOR-dependent autophagy and mTOR-independent autophagy.The change of autophagic activity is in a variety of human tumors and plays a dual role for the promotion and inhibition in tumor occurrence and development.Along with the deeper study of autophagy,prevention and treatment of tumor by adjusting autophagy is expected.
