摘要
我国乳腺癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已居女性恶性肿瘤的首位。尽管以手术治疗为主,多种治疗为辅的临床综合治疗模式明显提高了乳腺癌患者的生存率,但晚期和复发性乳腺癌的治疗仍是困扰临床医师的难题。随着乳腺癌相关基因研究的进展及靶向药物的临床应用,乳腺癌的基因治疗显示出了良好的应用前景,基因靶向治疗有望成为治疗晚期及复发性乳腺癌的有效手段。
Breast cancer incidence is increasing year by year in China,which has become the leading cause of death among female malignant tumors.The survival rate has improved with the progress of comprehensive clinical treatments of operation therapy supplemented by a variety of other treatments.However,the advanced-stage and recurrence are still hard problems for clinicians.With the rapid progress of research in cancer related genes and the application of targeted medicine,gene therapy shows promise,especially in advanced and recurrent cases.
