摘要
随着科学技术的发展进步,各种优化序列和快速成像技术被学者们发现,缩短了磁共振成像(MRI)检查时间,提高了空间分辨率,使其能更清楚地显示解剖细节。MRI的基本实时和任意平面成像能力以及分辨率较好,在腕关节疼痛病变的患者中,可清晰地显示腕关节的体积、结构等多方面内容。腕关节体积小,解剖结构复杂,对MRI的检查技术要求高,为了更好地达到MRI无创检查效果,扫描参数、图像分辨率、容积效应、魔角效应及化学位移伪影等还有待研究。
As the development and progress of science and technology,various optimal sequencing and fast imaging technologies are found by more scholars,which havereduced examination time of MRI,and improved spatial resolution to be able to show anatomical details more clearly.The MRI imaging capability and resolution of basic real-time and any plane are good,so it can show multifaceted content of volume and structure etc.clearly in the patients with wrist pain disease.The wrist is featured with small size and complex anatomic structure,which requires for higher technology of MRI examination.In order to achieve a better non-invasive examination effect,it still needs more research on scanning parameters,imaging resolution,volume effects,magic angle effect and the chemical shift artifact.
