低剂量胸腹部螺旋CT健康体检的可行性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨采用低剂量螺旋CT进行健康体检的可行性。方法随机将2006年2月至2010年7月共2149例健康体检者分为低剂量组(1058例)和常规剂量组(1091例),对两组受检者采用不同的管电流(20、120 mA)行胸腹部螺旋CT扫描,对比两组的病变检出率。结果低剂量组和常规剂量组检出率分别为34.31%和35.65%,其检出率对比两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低剂量胸腹部螺旋CT可以满足健康体检对疾病的筛查需求,可用于健康体检。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of low dose spiral CT for health examination.Methods From February 2006 to July 2010,a total of 2149 people for health examination wer divided into low-dose group(1058 cases)and conventional-dose group(1091 cases),different tube current(20,120 mA)for the chest and abdomen spiral CT scan were implemented in two groups respectively,and the lesion detection rate of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of low-dose group and the conventional dose group were 34.31% and 35.65% respectively,difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion to,Low-dose chest and abdomen spiral CT can meet the health and physical examination requirement for disease screening,therefore can be used for health examination.
