超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性及有效性评价

Analysis on the Safety and Efficacy of Ultrasound Ablation in the Treatment of Hysteromyoma

目的评价超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤的安全性及有效性。方法选择第二军医大学长征医院南京分院2010年2月至2011年9月门诊收治的子宫肌瘤患者112例,按照知情同意原则随机分为两组,观察组56例和对照组56例,对照组采用药物方法治疗,观察组采用超声消融治疗,比较两组患者的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的有效率为98.2%,对照组的有效率为83.9%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后均无严重不良事件发生。结论超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤能够获得满意的疗效,且安全性好,是临床首选的治疗方案之一。

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of ultrasound ablation in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods From February 2010 to September 2011 in Nanjing Branch of Changzheng Hospital Affiliated to Second Military Medical University,112 cases of hysteromyoma visited out-patient clinic were selected and divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent,the observation group（n=56）and control group（n=56）;the control group was treated with traditional surgical,the observation group was treated with ultrasound ablation;the efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 98.2%,significantly higher than 83.9% of the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）;no serious complications in the two groups.Conclusion Ultrasound ablation has satisfactory effects and good safety in the treatment of hysteromyoma,which is one of the preferred clinical treatment programs.
