联合用药疗法治疗胃溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌感染疗效分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨联合用药疗法治疗胃溃疡幽门螺旋杆菌(H.pylori)感染的临床效果。方法 150例胃溃疡合并H.pylori检测阳性患者随机分为A组和B组,每组75例。2组均给予H.pylori根治性治疗,A组:奥美拉唑20mg+克拉霉素250mg+阿莫西林1000mg,2次/d。B组:奥美拉唑20mg+克拉霉素250mg+甲硝唑400mg,2次/d。结果 A组显效率和总有效率高于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组H.pylori阳性率和6个月复发率均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论根除H.pylori较为困难,相对来说,奥美拉唑20mg+克拉霉素250mg+阿莫西林1000mg治疗效果更好,但还需要进行进一步的试验和研究。
