双列角接触球轴承或双列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙对轴承的疲劳寿命、旋转精度、温升和噪声等性能有很大影响。为了检测双列轴承的成品游隙 ,研制了DS -Y1型轴承游隙自动测量仪 ,介绍了该仪器的工作原理和主要结构 ,经使用证明该仪器自动化程度高、稳定可靠、测量准确、结构简单、生产效率高。附图 2幅。

The axial clearance of double row angular contact ball bearing or double row tapered roller bearing has important effect on bearing performances such as fatigue life, running accuracy, temperature raise and noise etc. In order to inspecting clearance of finished double row angular contact ball bearing, the DS-Y1 type automatical measurement instrument of bearing clearance has been developed. The working principle, main structure and aplication of the instrument are introduced.
