不同剂量雌激素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注的脑保护作用研究

摘要 目的观察不同剂量雌激素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后的脑保护作用。方法雄性SD大鼠200只,随机分为5大组:假手术组(SO组),缺血-再灌注组(I/R组),雌激素大剂量组(EC组)、中剂量组(EB组)、小剂量组(EA组),每组40只,然后建立大脑中动脉闭塞局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察神经功能缺损程度及神经元凋亡,比较不同剂量雌激素组和模型组的异同。结果不同剂量的雌激素组,神经元凋亡情况及神经功能评分均明显低于缺血再灌注组(P<0.05)。结论雌激素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有显著的神经保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of different doses of estrogen on the brain of rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Methods Total 200 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:sham-operation group (SO group),ischemia reperfusion group (I/R group),high-dose estrogen group group (EA group),medium-dose estrogen group (EB group) and low-dose estrogen (EC group),with 40 rats in each group.The animal models of local cerebral ischemia reperfusion were established through occlusion of middle cerebral artery,then,the neurologic impairment degree and neuron apoptosis were observed and compared between estrogen groups and model group.Results The neurologic function scores in the three estrogen groups were significantly lower than those of I/R group (P0.05).Conclusion Estrogen has obvious neuroprotective effect on the brain of rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
