摘要
目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白表达并探讨其意义。方法采用微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例子宫内膜癌,32例正常子宫内膜组织中P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的表达。结果正常子宫内膜组织中β-catenin蛋白表达正常,子宫内膜癌组织中β-catenin发生异位表达。子宫内膜癌组织中P-GSK3β和异位表达的β-catenin分别定位于细胞浆和细胞核,两者表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。两者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P<0.05);两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 P-GSK3β表达和β-catenin异位表达在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P-GSK3β and β-catenin in the endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of P-GSK3βandβ-catenin were detected by microwave EliVisionTM in 60 cases of endometrial cancers and 32 cases of normal endometrial tissues.Results In normal endometrial tissues,the expression of β-catenin protein was normal,however,the ectopic expression of β-catenin protein was observed in endometrial cancers.The expression of P-GSK3β and ectopic expression of β-catenin protein were located in cytoplasm and nucleolus,respectively,and their expression levels were significantly higher than those of the normal tissues beside the cancers (P0.05).Their expression levels were related with myometrial invasion degree,lymph node metastasis,clinical staging and pathological staging (P0.05),and the expression of P-GSK3β was positively correlated with that of β-catenin (P0.05).Conclusion The expression of P-GSK3β and ectopic expression of β-catenin are increased in endometrial carcinoma,which is closely correlated with the pathogenesis,development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
